Scenario
Noah has a face-to-face meeting with Ian Thomas from Acme Technologies Corp.
During the meeting, Noah learns that today is Ian's birthday (born in 1983).
Noah wants to capture this information in the application and understand if it has any effect on the next best actions for the opportunity.
Noah feels confident to close the deal and wants to move the opportunity forward in the sales process. Noah wants to understand how much the likelihood to close the deal as won is increased by moving the opportunity to the next stage.

Task 1: Update the contact record for Ian Thomas' birthdate.

Detailed Tasks
1 Update the contact record for Ian Thomas' birthdate
- Log in to your exercise system as sales representative Noah Smith.
- In the User name field, enter nsmith.
- In the Password field, enter rules.
- Select Contacts.
- Search for Thomas.
- From the list, click Ian Thomas to open the contact record.
- Click Edit.
- In the Date of birth field, enter the day and month of today's date and leave the year at 1983.
- Click Submit to save Ian's birthdate.
2 View the Next best actions for the opportunity
- Click Opportunities.
- From the Qualification stage, open the opportunity Business Collaboration Suite for Acme Tech.
- View the Next best actions for the opportunity.
3 Complete the Qualification stage for the opportunity
- Expand the utility pane and view the Predictions for the opportunity.
- Click Actions > Change stage.
- From the Stage name dropdown list, select Analysis.
- Click Submit.
4 View the updated Predictions for the opportunity
- Expand the utility pane and verify that the Predictions likelihoods changed.
Note: If the percentages of the Predictions have not changed, refresh the browser window and expand the utilities panel again. Keep in mind the actual Predictions likelihoods may be different from the ones shows in the walkthrough video.
