A territory defines the hierarchical structure used to organize your sales team into groups. You can create and edit territories, assign operators to territories, and configure read/write permissions at the territory level for accounts, leads, and opportunities work objects.

This module explains how to create territory dimensions and territories, how to add users to a territory and grant them access to the work objects, and how to associate multiple territories with work objects.
