Pega PlatformTM provides the support for offline processing in mobile apps. Offline-enabled mobile apps allow users to create cases and work on assignments while their mobile devices are disconnected from the network. You learn how offline processing works and how to design a Pega Platform application for use as an offline mobile app. Design considerations include configuring the app to streamline synchronizations and provide consistent user experiences (UX).

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Describe the purpose and function of an offline-enabled mobile app
Configure a mobile app to support offline use
Configure a mobile app to support offline use
Manage offline availability of data using whitelists and blacklists
Manage reference data with large data pages
Support multiple locales for offline users
Manage requestor pooling behavior in a mobile app
