Pega Robot Manager™ is an application configured on Pega Platform™. Pega Platform enables you to organize your applications and reuse common policies and procedures while allowing for differences between products, regions, channels, and customer segments.
Pega Platform supports the reuse capability by using a class hierarchy structure called Enterprise Class Structure (ECS). You can share any rule placed in an ECS layer across multiple layers.
The Pega Platform layer contains the built-in assets necessary to process cases and other work in Pega applications. This layer also contains the assets that Pega Platform uses.
Pega Robot Manager, through the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) of Pega, allows multiple users in a single instance serving as a multi-tenant application.
