Rule components
Deployment Manager is made up of the following two rule components:
- PegaDeploymentManager - This component is installed on the orchestrator. The application includes all rules that are necessary to author and execute the Deployment Manager pipelines. Users logging in to the application must log in to the Deployment Manager studio.
- PegaDevOpsFoundation - This component is installed in each candidate system. Each managed application must include the PegaDevOpsFoundation as a built-on application. This component facilitates deployments and adds the merge wizard and App Studio integration.
