Investigative Case management

The Investigation case type is part of the Investigation Case Management framework of Pega Government Platform™. This case type provides end-to-end investigative case management abilities that enable agencies to increase the efficiency of the investigation’s management and resolution process. The Investigation case type uses the entities that are defined in the core framework of Pega Government Platform. The Interview and Evidence case types are associated with Investigation by using the association framework provided by the core framework of Pega Government Platform. The Investigation Case Management framework also extends the Event case type and specializes the case type for Investigation Case Management.
