Creating an Intent when record

Intent When records

In Pega Customer Service™, you can create Intent When rules that can be used in configuring service cases. Intent When records allow you to prescriptively define when a case should be suggested. The service cases can be configured with criteria provided by the Intent When rule. This criteria determines when the service case appears during an interaction. You can also decide if this service case should be a task, a suggestion, or auto launched in an interaction.

Let us create an Intent When record that checks for a balance over $10,000. Then use an Intent When record as criteria for the New Account service case to determine if it should be suggested.
